Connect FESTOOL™ CLEANTEC D27 27mm Dust Extractor to DeWalt™

This adapter is designed to allow a FESTOOL dust collector with a D27 hose fitting to connect easily to DeWalt tools featuring the "AirLock" style dust collector fitting.  This includes nearly all modern DeWalt tools with dust ports.

The adapter is 3D printed out of high-impact PETG plastic. The yellow side connects to DeWalt tools with a twist-lock motion, the black side connects to your FESTOOL hose with a twist-lock bayonet connection.  Both sides are positive lock, making it easy to connect your dust hose to your tool with a solution that won't wiggle free while you're using it.

Unlike the OEM and some competitors, this adapter grips the fitting at 6 points around the hose, fully capturing the AirLock fitting better than the original parts.

FESTOOL sells a range of dust extractors which can all be adapted to D27 hoses, but the following models all come from the vendor with the D27 hose out of the box.  If you have one of these models, this adapter will connect to your existing hose:

If you have a 3D printer available you can print your own adapter!  With the purchase of one adapter I will, upon request, send you the files required to print as many additional adapters as you like. These files are shared under a "non-commercial share alike" license, meaning you can print as many copies as you like and modify to suit your needs, but maybe don't setup a store on eBay here to sell them against me.
